摘  要:为减少香烟对人体的危害,采用标准k-ε湍流模型,SIMPLE算法和多孔介质模型对ISO抽吸模式下,普通醋纤香烟滤嘴截留烟碱的规律进行模拟研究。烟碱(d500.254μm)初始体积份数0.0103%;模拟抽吸时间2 s。结果表明,抽吸开始时,滤嘴近吸食端无烟碱通过,近烟丝端烟碱含量较大;0.4 s^0.8 s时烟碱向吸食端快速扩散;0.8~1.2 s时烟碱进一步向吸食端扩散,烟碱分数增加,但近烟丝端的烟碱增加缓慢;随后烟碱向吸食端扩散不明显;中心轴面处烟碱截留量较多;沿径向上截留量减少,但因壁面效应,壁面附近烟碱累积较多;烟碱ηsim.=30.99%;而同样条件下ηexp=39.06%。误差主要由于模拟时忽视了焦油,而实测中焦油可粘附烟碱粒子沉积并形成过滤层,有利于截留烟碱。实验和模拟值的对照验证了模拟方法的可行性,为滤嘴快速优化设计提供指导。Under ISO suction mode,the nicotine distribution in ordinary acetate fiber cigarette filter tip was simulated via standard k-~ turbulence model, SIMPLE algorithm and porous media model to reduce cigarette harm to human body. The initial volume fraction of nicotine (d50 0. 0254 μm) in smoke accounted for 0.0103% and simulation suction time continued 2 s. The results showed that the nicotine didn't cross the filter smoking end when starting to suction, but there was high nicotine content at tobacco end. From 0.4 s to 0.8 s, nicotine rapidly spread to the smoking end. From 0.8 s to 1.2 s, nicotine continued to spread further, but the volume fraction increased slowly near tobacco end. Later, nicotine spread slightly to the smoking end. And nicotine was intercepted at the central axis plane while reduced along the radial direction. But the more nicotine was intercep- ted near the wall due to the wall effects. Under the same conditions, ηsimwas 30.99% , while ηexp 39.06%. The difference was due to simulation neglected the tar. In fact, tar could adhere to nicotine, deposit and form the new filter layer, which benefit to intercept ultrafine particles. The comparison between experiment and simulation data verify the feasibility of simulation methods, which avail to provide guidance for quick optimization and de- sign of filter tip.
