摘 要:利用气雾腐蚀箱对城市酸性大气环境进行模拟,通过改变锈蚀程度、加载方式、加载循环次数、轴压比,对12榀钢框架柱试件进行低周反复加载试验,考察锈蚀钢框架柱的破坏过程与特征,研究不同锈蚀程度、加载方式、加载循环次数及轴压比对钢框架柱的荷载-位移滞回曲线、骨架曲线、强度和刚度退化、变形能力、滞回耗能等力学性能的影响。结果表明:锈蚀钢框架柱的破坏形态均为柱底端产生塑性铰的延性破坏,其荷载-位移滞回曲线仍呈现出较为饱满的梭形;框架柱的锈蚀程度越深,其力学性能劣化就越明显;随着轴压比的增大,框架柱的延性和耗能能力有所降低,损伤产生的速率明显加快;加载路径对框架柱的影响主要体现在构件塑性变形的发展及累积效应的产生。研究成果可为建立能够描述锈蚀钢结构构件损伤程度的地震损伤模型以及多龄期钢框架结构的地震易损性研究提供试验支持。The acidic atmospheric environment of a city is simulated corrosion, loading pattern, load cycle, and axial compression ratio, under cyclic loading. The results suggest that the displacement-load hysteresis curves of the specimens are in a full fusiform shape, and the failure modes are ductile with plastic hinges at the column bottom; the deeper the corrosion degree of the specimens, the worse the mechanical properties of the specimens ; with the increase of the axial load ratio, the ductility is reduced, and the damage rate significantly increases; the effects of loading paths on the specimens are mainly on the development and accumulation of the plastic deformation. The results can provide experimental support for establishing a seismic damage model, which can describe the damage degree of the corroded steel member and be used for the seismic fragility analysis of existing steel frame structures. -
