摘  要:提出了一种由磁保持继电器和二极管组成的新型交流接触器,利用整流二极管的单向导电性,通过单片机控制继电器触头的合分,从而实现三相交流接触器正常运行的无弧接通和分断与故障状态的无弧分断。在阐述基本原理的基础上,进行了接触器的软、硬件设计,并对样机进行了试验验证。结果表明,新型交流接触器可以实现无弧通断功能,有效提高电气寿命与运行可靠性,简化三相交流接触器的结构、降低成本、减小体积,同时实现了抗电压跌落和节能无声运行。This paper presented a new type of AC contactor which consists of magnetic latching relays and diodes. According to the characteristics of the rectifier diode, the contacts of the relays are controlled by the singleehip,so as to achieve switching without arc during the normal operation and breaking without are during the fault state of the contactor. The paper expounded the basic principles, and designed the hardware and software of the contactor. Finally, the prototype was verified by experiments. The results show that this new type AC contactor can realize non arc closing and breaking function, effectively improve the electrical life and reliability, simplify the structure, reduce costs, and reduce the volume. At the same time, it realizes the anti voltage sag and energy-saving silent running.
