四氯化碳致家兔肝细胞性黄疸病理模型的建立及病理学观察

摘　　要：用四氯化碳成功复制家兔肝细胞性黄疸病理模型,并观察给药后不同时间的临床表现及主要器官的病理变化,检测其血常规指标及肝、肾功能。结果表明,家兔四氯化碳中毒的主要病理特征是肝细胞脂肪变性和坏死以及血清ALT、AST水平升高和高胆红素血症。Pathological model with hepatoeellular jaundice in rabbits were successfully established by carbon tetrachloride, the clinical manifestations, blood routine, liver and kidney function and the pathological changes of main organs were detected at different time after administration. The results showed that the main pathological features of carbon tetrachlorlde poisoning of rabbit were liver cell fatty degeneration and necrosis, serum ALT and AST level increasing and hyperbilirubinemia.
