摘　　要：将30只健康羊只随机分为6组,每组5只,用羊口疮强毒感染试验羊只,建立羊口疮病理模型,用不同浓度的红茂草乙醇制剂进行对比治疗试验,以确定最适药物浓度。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别用浓度7.5 mg/m L、15 mg/m L、30 mg/m L、60 mg/m L、120 mg/m L的红茂草乙醇溶液进行治疗,Ⅵ组为对照。结果表明,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组溃疡面愈合率分别与Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组之间有极显著性差异(P<0.01);Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组之间差异极显著(P<0.01);Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。红茂草制剂治疗剂量与溃疡面愈合率之间的回归方程为:y=1.6756x+3.488,R2=0.958 3,其EC50为7.986 6 mg/m L。Experiment was conducted on the treatment of sheep infected with Off virus for determining the optimum therapeutic concentration of Dicranostigma leptopodum （Maxim） Fedde pharmaceutics against Off. Firstl）, 30 pathological model of Off were established through infecting the sheep with Off virus and randomly divided into six groups （ Ⅰ -Ⅵ ）. Sheep of group Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were respec, tively treated with different concentration of Dicranostigma leptopodum （Maxim） Fedde, and group Ⅵ served as control group. The results indicated that the average healing rates of ulcers of group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significantly higher than those of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ （P〈0.01） respectively, and there was also significant difference between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ （P〈0.01）. There were no difference between group Ⅲ and Ⅳ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ （P〉0.05）. The regression equations between the dosage of Dicranostigma leptopadurn （Maxim） Fedde and healing rate of Off was y = 1.6756x＋3.488 （R^2=0.958 3）, and the ECho was 7.986 6 mg/mL.
