摘　　要：乳房水肿病是奶牛围产期常见的一种疾病,国内外关于乳房水肿病的研究多是临床病例报道,有很多问题尚未解决,而且治疗也是多措并举才会产生较好的效果。为了给临床兽医工作者和养殖户提供科学的防治方法,本文从流行病学特征、危害、分类与症状、病因学分析、中兽医辨证与发病机制、诊断、治疗、预防等8个方面对奶牛乳房水肿进行综述。Edema of Mammary. Gland Disease is one of common perinatal diseases on dairy cows. The study about this disease at home and abroad was still in the clinical case reports, there were a lot of problems unresolved, and more measures could produce better curative effect. The authors summarized on eight aspects, including epidemiological characteristics, harm, classification and symptoms, etiological analysis, Chinese veterinary dialectical and pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prevention.
