摘　　要：汇总了3GHMC1500/1100型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器在5座选煤厂的工艺性能指标,通过对这些工艺性能指标的统计分析,佐证了设备的可能偏差大小与原煤可选性无关;邻近密度物含量与数量效率ηe之间存在负相关关系,与灰分误差Ae、第一段旋流器的污染错配量m1、损失错配量m2、总错配量m之间存在正相关关系;由此建立了5个可靠性良好的回归方程。Collected are technical characteristics index of3-product 3GHMC HM cyclone with un-pressurized feeding;statistic analysis of which proves that the probable error bears no relation with raw coal washability,the content of misplaced materials bears a negative relation with quantitative efficiencyηe,and a positive relation with ash error Aemisplaced contaminant materials in first stage cyclone m1,misplaced lost materials m2,and total misplaced materials m; thus 5 good reliable regressive equations set up.
