摘　　要：目的探讨不孕症女性患者的心理状况、社会支持及生活质量现状,为改善不孕症女性患者的心理健康提供依据。方法对75例不孕症女性患者和75例正常对照分别进行心理状况、羞愧感、自尊感、社会支持、生活质量等方面的评定,比较两组女性患者的心理状况、社会支持及生活质量。结果不孕症组的焦虑、抑郁、羞辱感得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而自尊得分则明显低于对照组(P<0.01);不孕症组的客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度等得分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);不孕症患者中,羞辱感、焦虑、抑郁与社会支持各维度存在负相关性(P<0.01),而自尊感与社会支持各维度存在较强的正相关性(P<0.01);不孕症组的躯体角色功能、情绪角色功能、心理功能、精力、社会功能、工作学习等维度得分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论不孕症女性患者存在较为严重的焦虑、抑郁、羞愧感和较低的自尊感,社会支持程度和生活质量明显下,心理状况与社会支持存在明显的相关性;在不孕症治疗过程中,应重视对女性患者的心理干预治疗。[Objective] To explore the psychological status, social support and life quality of female patients with infertility, provide the basis for improving the mental health of infertility patients. [Methods] The psychological status, sense of shame, self-esteem, social support and life quality were evaluated in the infertility group （75 female patients with infertility） and the control group （75 normal controls）, to compare the psychological status, social support and life quality between the two groups. [ Results ] The scores of anxiety, depression and sense of shame in the infertility group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01）, while the score of self-esteem in the infertility group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. The scores of objective support, subjective support and utilization of support in the infertility group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. In the infertility group, the sense of shame, anxiety and depression were negatively correlated with dimensions of social support （P〈0.01）, while self-esteem was positively correlated with dimensions of social support （P〈0.01）. The scores of physical role function, emotional role function, metal function, vigour, social function, amt work and study in the infertility group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）.[ Conclusion ] The female patients with infertility have severe anxiety, depression and sense of shame, as well as lower self-esteem, and their social support and life quality decrease obviously. There is a significant correlation between psychological status and social support. It is important to focus on the psychological intervention in the treatment of female infertility.
