广州市工伤参保职工职业病发生规律及其直接经济负担

摘　　要：目的了解2008-2013年广州市工伤参保职工职业病发生规律及工伤保险直接费用支出情况。方法收集广州市劳动社会保障与能力鉴定系统工伤登记数据库职业病病例资料,采用SPSS 16.0统计软件包进行统计学分析。结果 6年间广州市参保职工中有145例职业病,男性占93.10%,女性占6.90%;以2013年职业病发病率最高,达151.81‰;2010年最低,为8.00‰;各年度发病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=111.13,P<0.05)。居前3位的职业病是职业性手臂振动病、尘肺和职业性肿瘤,分别占56.03%(65/145)、39.66%(46/145)和7.76%(9/145);地区分布以萝岗区、增城区和黄浦区为多,共92例,占63.4%。2008—2010年工伤保险费用支出占总费用的11.54%,2011—2013年的费用占88.46%。结论 2008—2013年广州市职业病发病率和费用支出逐年上升,以职业性手臂振动病、肿瘤和尘肺病为主,是重点防治病种。[Objective]To study the regularity and direct expenditures of occupational disease of insured employees in Guangzhou City from 2008-2013.[Methods]The occupational disease data collected from the work injury database of labor and social security department of Guangzhou City were analyzed statistically by SPSS 16.0.[Results]Of 6 years, 145 cases of occupational diseases were reported in Guangzhou City, 93.10% were males and 6.90% were females. The highest incidence rate appeared in 2013 （151.81‰） and the lowest in 2010 （8.00‰）, with significant difference between years （‰2= 111.13, P〈0.05 ）. The top 3 disease were occupational arm vibration disease （56.03%, 65/145）, pneumoeoniosis（39.66% ,46/145） and occupational tumor（7.76%, 9/145）. Most cases distributed in Luofang District, Zengcheng District and Huangpu District （92 cases, 63.4%）.Injury insurance expense occupied 11.54% of total cost during 2008-2013, during 2011-2013 the proportion was 88.46%.[Conclusion]The incidence and expense of occupational disease increases annually from 2008-2013 in Guangzhou City. The prevention and control should focus on arm vibration disease, pneumoconiosis and occupational tumor,
