摘 要:目的 探讨运动对高脂饮食老年大鼠血脂代谢的影响。 方法 建立饮食性高脂血症大鼠模型 ,采用不同时间 (45min和 90min)的游泳运动 ,测定各组大鼠血清胆固醇 (TC)、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)和载脂蛋白A1(apoA1) ;并用逆转录聚合酶链式反应 (RT PCR)检测各组大鼠肝脏apoA1mRNA水平。 结果 参加运动的高脂饮食大鼠血清HDL C分别为 (1 4 8± 0 2 4 )mmol/L和(1 4 9± 0 2 5 )mmol/L ,apoA1分别为 (0 13± 0 0 7)mmol/L和 (0 17± 0 0 3)mmol/L ,均较对照组和单纯高脂组升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,高脂饮食的老年大鼠肝脏apoA1mRNA表达明显减少为 0 6 5 1± 0 2 4 (P <0 0 1) ,而游泳运动则使其显著恢复 ,两运动组apoA1mRNA表达量分别为 1 6 2 3± 0 6 1和 1 5 77± 0 4 9,差异无显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 游泳运动通过调节大鼠肝脏apoA1mRNA的表达 ,影响高脂饮食大鼠血浆高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)的变化。Objective To investigate the effect of the swimming exercise on the blood lipid metabolism in old rats of high fat feeding. Methods Hyperlipidemia model in rat was established by feeding high fat. Serum cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and apolipoprotein A 1(apoA 1) were measured in rats. The expression of apoA 1 mRNA in liver of all rats was measured by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). Results After 15 weeks of swimming exercise(45 min and 90 min), the level of serum HDL〔(1.48±0 24)mmol/L,(1 49±0 25)mmol/L; P <0 05〕 and apoA 1〔(0 13±0 07)mmol/L, (0 17±0 03)mmol/L; P <0 05〕 in the exercise group was higher than that in other groups. The apoA 1 mRNA levels were decreased in the high fat food group(2 760±0 98 vs 0 651±0 24, P <0 01) But in swimming exercise group, the apoA 1 mRNA expression was increased than that in high fat food group(1 623±0 61 and 1 577±0 49, P <0 05). There were no significant difference in both exercise groups( P >0 05). Conclusions Serum HDL and apoA 1 were increased by the swimming exercise through upregulating the expression of liver apoA 1 mRNA.
