摘　　要：妊娠合并白血病是一个极其严重的产科合并症,母胎均面临高度风险。孕期应警惕患者血常规化验的异常结果,以及早诊断。孕期诊断的白血病患者需由产科、血液科综合管理,争取更好的母胎结局。本文就妊娠合并白血病的诊断、对母胎的影响、孕期的处理以及治疗过程中的伦理等问题进行讨论。Leukemia in pregnancy is a severe obstetric complication,threatening the life of the mother and the baby. Abnormal indexes of blood test during prenatal care should be noticed to diagnose leukemia as soon as possible. The pregnant patients with leukemia should be treated under the obstetrician and hematologist to expect better maternal and fetal outcomes. In this article,the authors discussed the diagnosis,impact on mothers and fetus, obstetric management and the ethic issue of leukemia in pregnancy.
