摘　　要：妊娠相关性血小板减少症是妊娠期最为常见的血液系统合并症,通常不会引起母儿不良围产结局,但需与其他引起血小板减少的疾病进行鉴别,以防不良妊娠结局的发生。本文主要针对妊娠相关性血小板减少症的发病机制、诊断、鉴别诊断、孕期监测及治疗等方面进行阐述。Pregnancy-associated thrombocytopenia is the most common hematologic complication of pregnancy,believed to be not associated with poor perinatal outcomes. For prevention of adverse pregnancy outcomes,however,it has to be differentiated from other maternal thrombocytopenia disease in pregnancy.In this article,the authors mainly discussed the pathogenesis,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,monitoring during pregnancy and therapy of pregnancy-associated thrombocytopenia.
