摘  要:以三聚氯化磷腈、四氟丙醇及金属钠为原料,以四氢呋喃为溶剂,合成出一种无全氟辛烷磺基化合物PFOS的含氟整理剂,并研究了其在棉织物上的整理效果。通过红外图谱分析,合成产物符合设计要求;研究了整理剂用量、催化剂用量及焙烘温度对整理后织物阻燃性能和拒水性能的影响,得到优化工艺为:二浸二轧,整理剂质量浓度100 g/L,催化剂质量浓度2.5 g/L,预烘温度80℃,焙烘温度150℃。整理后织物的TG和DTG分析显示,经整理棉织物的热稳定性得到提高,残渣量增加。LOI值测试显示,整理后织物具有良好的阻燃性能;接触角测试显示,整理后织物具有良好的拒水性能。In this paper,an PFOS-free environmentally friendly fluorine-containing multi-finishing agent was synthesized by using tripolyphosphonitrilic chloride,tetrafluoropropanol and sodium metal as raw materials and tetrahydrofuran as solvent,the finishing effect on cotton fabric was researched. The structure of this finishing agent was characterized by IR. The influence of dosage of finishing agent,catalyst and baking temperature on flame retardancy and water repellency of the finished fabric were also researched,and the optimum process was as follows: two-dipping-two padding is adopted,the dosage of finishing agent was 100 g / L,the dosage of catalyst was 2. 5 g / L,and the baking temperature was150 ℃. The finished cotton fabric was analyzed by TG and DTG,and the results show that the thermal stability of the finished cotton fabric was improved,and the residue amount was increased. And the LOI value test results indicated that the finished fabric has good flame retardancy,and the contact angle test result indicated that the finished fabric has good water repellence.
