摘  要:以甘薯品种‘徐薯22’和‘烟薯25’刚萌芽的薯块为辐照材料,采用60Co-γ射线(0、10、20、30和50 Gy)辐照处理后进行催芽。结果表明,随辐照剂量的增加,发芽薯苗的数量和薯苗长度逐渐减少。萌发的薯苗移栽田间后,50 Gy辐照的仅有少数成活,并且生长严重受抑制,最终未得到薯块。10 Gy辐照的与对照无明显差异,未得到变异植株。20和30 Gy辐照的薯苗移栽田间后,在叶片颜色、叶片形状、感病性、薯形和单株结薯重等方面发生变异。其中‘烟薯25’有一变异体,薯皮暴筋现象极轻,克服了亲本‘烟薯25’薯皮暴筋严重的弱点,并且单株结薯重达2.75 kg。The newly-sprouted tubers of sweet potato (lpomoea batatas) varieties 'Xushu 22' and 'Yanshu 25' were used as materials with irradiation treatment by^60Co-γ rays (0, 10, 20, 30 and 50 Gy). The results indicated that the number and length of seedlings reduced gradually with the increase of irradiation dose. After the seedlings were transplanted into field, only a few seedlings with 50 Gy irradiation survived, the growth were severely inhibited and no storage roots were harvested finally. There was no significant difference between plants with 10 Gy irradiation and control plants. The plants with 20 and 30 Gy irradiation showed various variation in the color and shape of leaves, storage tuber shape, disease susceptibility and the weight of storage tuber per plant etc. A variant from 'Yanshu 25' showed minor reinforced stripes on the skin, overcoming the disadvantages of serious reinforced stripes which was common in 'Yanshu 25'. And the weight of storage tuber of the variant reached up to 2.75 kg.
