摘  要:利用瞬态控制和测试系统,开展了共轨增压重型柴油机不同转矩变化率下的恒转速增转矩试验研究,分析了柴油机瞬变过程中的缸压峰值、缸内温度峰值和柴油机燃烧过程四个阶段的变化规律。研究结果表明:恒转速增转矩过程中,缸压峰值和缸内燃烧温度峰值增大;而燃烧过程中,滞燃期略有缩短,速燃期和后燃期有所延长;过渡时间越短暂、转矩增加率越大则相关参数变化越迅速。通过相关性分析得到滞燃期和速燃期与缸压峰值和缸内温度峰值的相关性较强,且随着瞬变过渡时间的延长,其相关程度不断增强。The experiment of constant speed and variable torque-increase under ramped-modal cycle conditions was carried out on a common-rail turbocharged heavy duty diesel engine equipped with a transient control and test system.The variation of the peak cylinder pressure,peak cylinder temperature and four stages of the diesel engine combustion process were analyzed.The experimental results show that during the process of constant speed and variable torque-increase,peak cylinder pressure and peak combustion temperature increase.While during combustion process,ignition delay period is slightly shortened,but rapid combustion period and after burning period are extended.Moreover,shortened transition time and increased engine torque-increase rate would lead to the related parameters change more rapidly.From correlation analysis it can be known that ignition delay and rapid combustion period are closely related with peak cylinder pressure and peak cylinder temperature.And with the extension of transient transition time,correlation degree would enhance continuously.
