摘 要:选用不同类型的发动机油在一台增压直喷汽油机上进行台架试验,分别从基础油、抗氧剂及硫酸盐灰分三方面研究发动机机油对早燃的影响。研究结果表明:发动机油的基础油类型、抗氧剂及硫酸盐灰分含量对增压直喷发动机低速随机早燃的形成具有显著影响,采用合适的基础油、添加抗氧剂或降低硫酸盐灰分含量均有助于减少低速早燃的发生。Different kinds of engine oil were tested on a turbocharged DI gasoline engine to reveal engine oil effects on low-speed stochastic pre-ignition.For this purpose,three engine oil formulations were considered as main factors namely base oil type,anti-oxidant and sulphated ash content.The experimental results indicate that base oil type,anti-oxidant and sulphated ash content have a significant influence on lowspeed pre-ignition(LSPI)in turbocharged DI engine.It also shows that choosing appropriate base oil,adding anti-oxidant and decreasing sulphated ash content can lead to the reduce of pre-ignition.
