摘 要:根据气缸内孔不同区域的磨损特征,对缸套内壁进行分区并设计三种缸套内壁激光微织构方案。通过工艺试验确定激光微织构加工参数,并对缸套进行实际激光微织构加工,研究了气缸内孔分区异化激光表面微织构技术(laser surface micro-texturing,LST)对内燃机综合性能的影响。发动机台架性能试验表明:与原机相比,配装三种激光微织构缸套的柴油机燃油消耗率均有不同程度降低,机油消耗率最大降幅达45.5%。研究结果表明:采用缸套上止点区与裙部主接触区复合微织构方案可显著提高柴油机的综合性能。In order to study the effect of discriminating partition laser surface micro-texturing(LST)on overall engine performance,a cylinder wall was divided into different areas based on cylinder wear characteristics,and three schemes of partition LST were designed.Parameters of LST were determined by process experiments,and then some cylinder liners were processed with three laser micro-textures.A performance bench test shows that the diesel engine equipped with the cylinder liners of three kinds of laser micro-textures has decreased fuel consumption to different extends compared with the base one,and oil consumption is decreased by 45.5% at most.The comprehensive performance of a diesel engine equipped with the cylinder liner which is textured in the top dead center area and skirt area has been improved significantly.
