摘  要:采用胶原降解物、密胺及甲醛共缩聚制备得到填充树脂(collagen melamine resin,CMR)。研究在10%中性盐、10%丙烯酸树脂、10%栲胶和10%戊二醛等溶液与CMR溶液共存24 h下进行了稳定性测试。在黄牛皮鞋面革填充应用结果表明,试样革感官良好,上染率佳,主要物理力学性均能达到鞋面革I型国家标准。试样革中游离甲醛含量31 mg/kg。与同类产品相比,染整废液中COD下降34.7%,TKN下降12.7%。综合表现出CMR填充剂良好的应用性能。A filling resin, collagen melamine resin(CMR), was from copolycondensation of collagen degradation, melamine and formaldehyde. The stability of CMR solution was tested, involving in 10% Na Cl, 10% Na2SO4, 10% acrylic acid resin,10% tanning extracts, 10% glutaraldehyde, etc. during 24 h,When the filling resin was applied in cattle shoe upper leather, the results showed that the sensory property and colorability of sample leathers are good, and the main physical mechanical indexes meet the type(I) requirements of shoe upper leather. Free formaldehyde contents extracted from the leather is 31 mg/kg. In the mixed wastewater of retanning, filling, dyeing and fatliquoring processes, compared CMR filling with similar products, the COD and TKN were fell by 34.7%, 12.7% respectively. The CMR showed up a good application performance.
