摘 要:目前市场上诸多非铬鞣剂单独鞣制后的白湿革在存放或加工过程中存在不同程度的变黄现象。为了克服或避免该类问题,需要研究鞣制性能较好且能赋予该白湿革耐黄变性能的新型无铬鞣剂。本文以浸酸黄牛皮为原料皮,对无铬鞣剂Tanfor T-A的鞣法进行了应用研究。结果表明,Tanfor T-A具有较好的鞣制性能,其较佳的鞣制条件为:鞣制初始的p H值为3.0,鞣剂用量为6%,在常温下鞣制4 h,然后提碱至p H值为4.5,补热水至液比为200%,温度保持在40℃,并转动3-4 h。鞣制后革的收缩温度可达78℃,革坯粒面平细,颜色为亮白色且具有极好的耐黄变性能。另外,Tanfor T-A鞣制后革坯对阴离子染料、加脂剂的吸收率较高。The wet white leathers tanned by many chrome-free tanning agents on the current market can become yellowed in different degree during theirs being stored or processed. In order to avoid the problem, it is necessary to develop a novel chrome-free tanning agent with good tanning property and anti-yellowing. Pickled cattle hide was used as raw materials and the application of the chrome-free agent Tanfor T-A was studied in this thesis. Results show that Tanfor TA exhibited good tanning properties, the optimal tanning conditions were that the p H value of pickled hide was adjusted to3.0-3.5, the consumption of Tanfor T was 6%, and the pelt had been directly tanned for 4h at room temperature,then adjusted the p H value of the float to 4.5 or so, added 100% hot water to raise the temperature to 40 ℃ and to turn round for 3-4 h.The shrinkage temperature of the wet leather tanned by Tanfor T-A can achieve 78 ℃, the leather has fine grain, the color is bright white and has excellent resistance to yellowing properties.In addition, the wet white leather has high absorption rate for dyestuff and fat-liquor during the subsequent processes.
