摘 要:目的采取有效的科室文化规范护理人员的行为,调动和集结全科护理人员的智慧和力量,创造和谐的工作环境来提升护理人员的凝聚力和工作热情。方法将科室的各项制度进行全面的完善和修订,通过互动、交流、培训学习等活动来引导激发员工内在的潜力,主动积极和阳光向上的精神。结果科室的护理人员间和谐协调,工作运转良好,很好地完成全院的灭菌任务和为临床提供了足够的器械供应。结论开展科室文化建设后,提高了科室团队凝聚力,促进了科室建设。Objective To mobilize and concentrate the wisdom and power of all nurses in the department to create harmonious work environment to improve their cohesion and passions for work by adopting effective department culture to regulate their behavior. Methods All the regulations of department were improved and revised comprehensively. The staff's internal potential and positive sprite were motivated through intercommunication, training and learning. Results The nursing staff in the department had harmonious coordination and work well to finish sterilization work of the hospital and provide sufficient apparatus for clinical use. Conclusion The cohesion power of the department is improved to promote the construction of the department after department culture development.
