摘　　要：电子政务已成为目前推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,从国家经济社会发展全局角度来推进和提升电子政务发展阶段,已成为深化行政管理体制改革以及促进政府职能转变的迫切需求和必然选择。文章简要归结了中国电子政务十几年来取得的成绩,以省部调研数据为例通过实证分析详细梳理了电子政务发展目前面临的若干问题,从统筹协调、部门协商、法律保障三个维度剖析了深层次的症结原因,以期为进一步推进中国电子政务改革和发展提供有益的决策参考。Electronic government （E -government） has become an indispensable part of the national governance system and governance ability modernization in China nowadays. To promote and enhance the understanding of e - gov- ernment development from view of the overall situation of national economic and social development has become the urgent demand and inevitable choice for deepening government administrative system reform as well as the transformation of government functions. This paper summarizes the achievements of e - government of the last ten years in China, empirically analyzes problems currently faced in details. And then the paper analyzes the crucial reasons from co -ordination in the whole, coordination within departments and the protection supported by the law. Finally the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the reform and development of e - government in China.
