摘　　要：社会组织间自合作是社会组织发展成熟的一个重要标志,但其合作网络的构建绝非水到渠成。以"5·12"汶川地震陕西NGO赈灾联盟为案例研究对象,分析社会组织间自合作成功的关键因素。研究发现:基于互助关系形成机构间信任、达成广泛共识并形成共识制度化、基于优势互补形成资源供给链条、构建去等级化的弹性运作机制是成功开启社会组织间自合作的影响因素。只有上述各要素都有效实现,社会组织间自合作才能够顺利实施。The self - organizing cooperation of social organizations is becoming a significant symbol of their growth and mature, however the construction of their cooperative network cannot be easy to achieve. In the article, I choose a NGOs＇alliance during the Wenchuan earthquake relief in Shaanxi province as the case of study, to analyze the successful factors of this kind alliance. Then I drew some conclusions such as the mutual trust of different organizations, the common view and its institutionalization, the chain of resourcesupply based on complementing each other, the construction of elastic operation mechanism and the elimination of hierarchy. So long as the factors above can be achieved effectively, the self- organizing cooperation will be coming true.
