摘　　要：文章用"引用时滞"来表示引文新旧,并定义论文发表时间与其引文发表时间之差为"引用时滞",且以《科研管理》(2003—2012)为例进行初步的探索性分析,主要考察"引用时滞"的分布规律及其是否对论文质量产生影响。This paper uses＂citing time lag＂to represent the age of citations,defines the time difference between paper publishing time and citation publishing time as the＂citing time lag＂,and takes＂Scientific Research Management＂（ 2003—2012） as an example for the preliminary exploratory analysis,which mainly explore the distribution of＂citing time lag＂and the impact on the quality of paper.
