摘　　要：文章在协调理论的基础上,对应急情报工作流程中的活动过程及其依赖关系进行描述,构建应急情报部门协同工作流程概念模型,最终提出了应急跨组织协作的集成框架,以期提高应急情报决策的高效性和科学性。Based on the coordination theory,this paper describes the activity process and dependency relationship of emergency information workflow,constructs the conceptual model of collaborative workflow in emergency information department,and proposes integrated framework of emergency cross-organizational coordination,in order to improve the efficiency and scientific nature of emergency information decision-making.
