摘 要:Web 3.0环境下供应链运营管理中的客户信息需求不断增长。客户信息体验及其价值创造对于供应链信息竞争优势构建的促进作用显著,更好地满足供应链信息化运营中的客户信息诉求,成为供应链信息化建设的重要推动力。结合Web 3.0发展与供应链信息服务的特征分析,阐述Web 3.0环境对于供应链客户信息体验的要求,探讨Web3.0中供应链客户信息体验价值创造的来源,提出基于客户信息体验价值满足的供应链信息竞争优势构建途径,从而实现更好的供应链客户信息体验价值创造,获得较强的信息竞争优势。Customer information demands of the operation management of supply chain have been increasing in the environment of Web 3. 0. Customer information experience and its value creation may contribute to the construction of the information competition advantage of supply chain,which can satisfy with the customer information requirements in the information operation supply chain and become an important driving force for the information construction of supply chain. Combining the development of Web 3. 0and the feature analysis of supply chain information service,this paper expounds the requirements of customer information experience of supply chain in the environment of Web 3. 0,discusses the sources of value creation of customer information experience in the environment of Web 3. 0,puts forward the construction ways of information competition advantage of supply chain based on the value satisfaction of customer information experience,in order to realize a better value creation of customer information experience of supply chain and obtain stronger information competition advantage.
