摘 要:为快速正确地定位出集装箱箱号,提出一种基于数学形态学的集装箱箱号快速定位方法。对采集的集装箱图像进行预处理得到二值化图像,对二值化后的图像运用数学形态学的方法进行一系列运算,将集装箱图像分割为多个独立的连通区域;根据集装箱箱号区域面积的变化范围,去除较小的区域与较大的区域,标记剩下的区域;根据箱号区域的形状特性对箱号快速定位。实验结果表明,该方法具有效果好、速度快的特点,且只需少量的箱号先验知识。To present the location of a container code with high efficiency and accuracy, a mathematical morphology based algo- rithm for locating the container code was presented. Firstly, preprocessing was applied to obtain binary image from the acquired container image. Next a series of calculations of morphological operations were carried out. In the calculating process, the binary image was divided into independent regions. Considering the area of code region, relatively large and tiny areas were removed and the left connected domain was marked. Finally, fast container code locating process was presented according to shape characteris- tics of code region. The experimental results demonstrate that this algorithm is characterized by high speed and favorable per- formance with little priori-knowledge of container code required.
