摘　　要：传动系统是机床运行的核心部件,以ZQ3080×20型摇臂钻床为例,阐述了摇臂钻床机械传动系统和液压控制系统的工作原理,分析了机床在运行中常见的转速丢失和混乱、转矩不足的故障现象,为使用者更好的维护机床,快速进行故障诊断提供参考。The transmission is the key part that the lathe,this text takes ZQ3080×20 type radial drilling machine as an example,have explained the radial drilling machine operation principle of mechanical transmission and hydraulic control system, have analyzed the common trouble phenomenon that rotational speed losing and confusion, torque in operating are insufficient, it is user＇s better maintenance lathe,and offer reference to diagnose the trouble fast.
