舒适护理对于消化内镜诊疗患者的负性情绪及舒适度的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨舒适护理对于消化内镜诊疗患者的负性情绪及舒适度的影响。方法 抽选2013年3月~2014年7月在佛山市第五人民医院行消化内镜诊疗的163例患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组（81例,予以常规内镜护理）和观察组（82例,实施舒适护理干预）,比较两组护理干预方式下患者的负性情绪、舒适度以及心率、血压的变化。结果 观察组护理干预后SAS、SAD评分下降幅度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;术中与术前的心率、舒张压（DBP）、收缩压（SBP）变化值明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;舒适程度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 舒适护理可缓解行消化内镜诊疗患者的负性情绪,增强患者的诊疗信心,提高舒适度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing care on the negative emotion and comfort of patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods 163 cases of patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from March 2013 to July 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （81 cases, given conventional endoscopy nursing） and observation group （82 cases, given comfortable nursing intervention）. The negative emotion and comfort of the patients in two groups with the nursing intervention mode and their changes of heart rate, blood pressure were compared. Results After the nursing intervention in the observation group, the SAS, SAD scores decreased significantly than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the change values of the heart rate, diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, systolic blood pressure （SBP） in and before operation were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the comfort level was also significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing care can alleviate the negative emotion of patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy, enhance the patient＇s treatment of confidence and also can improve the patients＇ comfort, which is worth the clinical promotion.
