少油点火系统在超临界“W”火焰锅炉的应用

摘　　要：介绍一种少油点火系统在贵州超临界"W"火焰燃烧锅炉上的首次应用。介绍了少油点火系统及其原理,分析了少油点火系统在锅炉启动过程中出现的问题并提出了具体的解决方法,为同类型锅炉应用少油点火系统提供了宝贵的经验。应用结果表明,节油效果显著。少油点火系统对超临界"W"火焰燃烧锅炉水冷壁安全的影响需要进一步摸索。The first application of less-oil ignition system and working principle on supereritical down-fired boiler in Guizhou was presented. After analyzing the problems, the paper proposes specific treatment methods. The application obtains remarkable oil-saving effect, which provided valuable experience for the application on analogous boiler. The safety of boiler water wall tubes which had been applied this technology also needs to be considered.
