摘  要:以大豆、油菜、花生和芝麻等我国主要油料作物为材料,初步研究了冷等离子体种子处理对油料作物种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果显示:冷等离子体种子处理可显著促进大豆、油菜、花生和芝麻种子萌发和幼苗生长。不同作物之间,其最适等离子体处理功率略有差别,大豆、花生和芝麻种子最适处理功率为80 W,油菜种子最适处理功率为100 W。冷等离子体处理后,大豆、油菜、花生和芝麻种子发芽指数分别比对照提高了8.04%、7.94%、12.68%和12.50%,活力指数分别较对照提高了26.17%、20.10%、18.19%和31.03%;冷等离子体种子处理的大豆、油菜、花生和芝麻幼苗地上干重分别较对照增加了21.96%、14.03%、29.37%和16.09%,根系干重增加了27.60%、15.85%、18.11%和16.86%。此外,冷等离子体种子处理显著增加了幼苗茎长和根长。The effects of treating seeds with cold plasma on the seed germination and seedling growth of 4 oil crops ( soybean, oilseed rape, peanut and sesame) were studied. The results showed that the cold plasma treatment could significantly improve the seed germination and seedling growth of soybean, oil reseed rape, peanut and sesame. The optimum power of cold plasma treatment for soybean, peanut and sesame seeds was 80W, and that for oilseed rape seeds was 100 W. After cold plasma treatment, the seed germination index of soybean, oilseed rape, pbanut and sesame was increased by 8.04%, 7.94%, 12.68% and 12.50% respectively as compared with that of the control, and their vigor index was increased by 26.17%, 20.10%, 18.19% and 31.03%, respectively. After treating seeds with cold plasma, the aboveground dry weight of soybean, oilseed rape, peanut and sesame seedlings was respectively 21.96%, 14.03%, 29.37% and 16.09% higher than that of the control, and their root system dry weight was separately 27.60%, 15.85%, 18.11% and 16.86% higher than that of the control. Furthermore, the cold plasma treatment significantly increased the stem length and root length of these seedlings.
