曲美他嗪治疗严重冠状动脉病变患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨曲美他嗪对冠状动脉多支血管严重狭窄患者的治疗效果。方法:将212例多支严重冠脉血管病变的患者随机分为对照组(n=106)和观察组(n=106),对照组予常规药物治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上口服曲美他嗪,比较两组治疗1年后的临床效果。结果:观察组心绞痛发作次数、左室射血分数(LVEF)、急性冠脉综合征(ACS)发生率、再次住院率、死亡率均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上应用曲美他嗪能明显减轻冠状动脉多支血管严重狭窄患者的心绞痛症状,改善其心功能和冠脉病变程度,降低其住院率和死亡率。Objective ：To explore the efficacy of trimetazidine in patients with multivessel severe coronary artery disease. Methods ：212 patients with multivessel severe coronary artery disease were randomly divided into control group（n =106） and observation group（n =106）.The control group was given the conventional therapy,while the observation group was additionally treated with trimetazidind on the basis of the conventional therapy..The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after the treatment 1 year. Results ：The frequency and duration of angina attack, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, the incidence of acute coronary syndrome（ACS）, readmission rate and mortality rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,（all P〈0.05）.Conclusions： On the basis of the conventional therapy,adding trimetazidine may significantly reduce the symptoms of angina pectoris with multivessel severe coronary artery disease, improve the heart function,reduce the severity of coronary artery lesions and reduce the readmission rate and mortality rate.
