摘 要:目的 :研究膜叶槌果藤水提物镇痛抗炎作用。方法:小鼠分别连续灌胃给予膜叶槌果藤水提物高、中、低剂量(10.88,5.44,2.72 g/kg)7 d,采用扭体法、福尔马林致痛模型、二甲苯致耳肿胀模型及腹腔毛细血管通透性实验,观察其镇痛抗炎作用。结果:膜叶槌果藤水提物可显著抑制冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.01);对福尔马林致小鼠疼痛舔足第Ⅰ,Ⅱ时相累积时间均有显著减少(P<0.05或P<0.01);对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01);对冰醋酸引起的毛细血管通透性也有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:膜叶槌果藤水提物具有显著的镇痛抗炎作用。Objective:To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of capparis membranacea water extracts. Methods :Capparis membranacea aqueous extracts at high, middle and low doses (10.88, 5.44, 2.72 g/kg) were given respectively to mice by intragastric administration for 7 days. The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects were observed through writhing response, formalin induced pain model, xylene induced ear swelling model and celiac capillary permeability test. Results:Capparis membranacea water extract can obviously inhibit the times of writhing response in mice induced by glacial acetic acid (P 〈 0.01 ), the I, II phase accumulation time of mouse foot licking of formalin induced pain in mice reduced significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), xylene induced ear swelling in mice and capillary permeability induced by acetic acid were significantly inhibited (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Cappads membranacea water extract has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
