摘  要:随着煤矿开采深度的增加,深井软岩巷道围岩变形控制变得异常困难,破坏后巷道的修复问题日趋严重。针对阳城煤矿南翼软岩大巷严重变形破坏控制难题,通过现场调研和钻孔电视探测分析,揭示了巷道围岩的破坏特征,基于锚注支护原理,提出了"全断面高强预应力锚杆主动支护+全断面注浆管和长注浆锚索注浆加固+底板超挖锚注回填控制底鼓"的修复加固方案,并设计了合理的支护参数及工艺。现场应用观测结果表明:该修复方案能较好的控制围岩变形,保证巷道长期稳定,具有在类似破坏巷道修复工程中推广应用的价值。With the increasing of mining depth, the deformation control of deep soft rock roadway is becoming extremely difficult, highlighting the increasing severity of repairing reinforcement problem in soft rock broken roadway. Aiming at the control problem that serious deformation and failure of the south soft rock roadway in Yangcheng Coal Mine, the characters of surrounding rock was revealed by field investigation and drilling TV detection. Based on the principle of bolting and grouting support, the bolt - grouting repairing reinforcement scheme was proposed, including full section high strength pre - stressed bolt active support, grouting pipe and long grouting anchor reinforcement, and backfill the over - break floor base bolt - grouting support. The support parameters and technology was designed reasonably. Engineering practice showed that, the scheme could control the surrounding rock deformation and failure effectively and ensured long - term stability of roadway.
