摘 要:基于工作面回撤期间易受顶板冒落、煤壁片帮的影响,通过引入纤维柔性网护顶技术代替金属网片铺、联网工艺,简化了工作面收尾作业工序,降低了职工的劳动强度和危险性系数,提高了工作面资源利用率和回撤效率,该工艺对类似条件下的综采面快速回撤具有较好的借鉴价值。Aiming at the roof caving and rib spalling during working face retreatment, the technology of flexible mesh was applied to replace the steel mesh in pavement and mesh connection technique, to simplify the terminal process of the roof pavement and reduce the labor intensity and the risk coefficient. The rate of the coal resources utilization and the retreatment efficiency were improved. The technology has good reference value for retreatment of fully mechanized working face under similar conditions.
