中药色谱指纹图谱评价方法研究进展

摘　　要：通过查阅二十余年国内外相关文献,并结合本实验室工作进行,综述了中药色谱指纹图谱评价方法,包括化学模式识别、相似度法、总量统计矩分析法、超信息特征数字化法和系统指纹定量法等,并对相关计算机评价软件进行了对比总结。结果发现近年来,中药色谱指纹图谱评价方法的研究在不断地深入发展,尤为突出的是孙国祥课题组发明了中药指纹整体定量评价的核心技术-系统指纹定量法。We reviewed related domestic and foreign litera^tres in the past 10 years. The evaluation of chromato- graphic fingerprints of TCM was reviewed. The chemical pattern, similarity, total quantum statistical moment, super- information characteristic digitized method, and systematically quantified fingerprints were reviewed. The functions of the correlated evaluation software were summarized. The evaluation of chromatographic fingerprints of TCM has developed very fast, and the super-information characteristic digital method has been used to quantify all fingerprints.
