摘　　要：肥厚性心肌病是一种以心肌肥厚和心肌纤维排列紊乱为特点的遗传性心血管病,易致晕厥甚至猝死。随着医学技术的不断发展进步,介入治疗已经成为肥厚性心肌病的主要治疗手段,例如安装起搏器,安装心脏除颤器,经皮室间隔心肌消融术以及其他新技术,临床应用各有特点,本文主要对肥厚性心肌病的介入治疗进行综述。Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy（HCM） is a hereditary cardiovascular disease which with hypertrophy of the myocardial and disordered heart muscle fibers, which is easy to cause syncopeor sudden death. With the continuous development of medical technology progess, interventional therapy has become the main Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy treatment means, such as installing pacemaker, installing the ICD, percutaneous ventricular septal myocardial ablation and other new technology, clinical applications have different characteristics. This article mainly reviews the main interventional therapy for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
