摘　　要：目的探讨辅助性T细胞17（Th17）细胞相关因子在蕈样肉芽肿患者外周血中的表达及意义。方法以湖北医药学院附属东风总医院（以下简称＂我院＂）2010年1月~2014年10月确诊为蕈样肉芽肿的24例患者作为治疗组,以我院同期健康人群24例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）法检测两组患者外周血中白介素17（IL-17）、白介素23（IL-23）和白介素16（IL-16）的表达水平,比较两组之间的差异。结果治疗组患者外周血中IL-17、IL-23和IL-6的表达水平分别为（210.14±33.47）、（244.11±39.88）、（24.54±7.66）ng/L,均高于对照组[（162.34±35.11）、（111.26±36.35）、（10.90±6.81）ng/L],差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论 Th17细胞相关因子在蕈样肉芽肿患者外周血中的过表达,提示其可能与蕈样肉芽肿发病有关。Objective To explore the expression and significance of T helper 17 cell（Th17） related cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with mycosis fungoides. Methods 24 patients diagnosed as mycosis fungoides in Dongfeng General Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine（＂our hospital＂ for short） from January 2010 to October2014 were taken as treatment group, 24 healthy persons at the same time in our hospital were taken as control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to analyze the expression of interleukin 17（IL-17）, interleukin23（IL-23） and interleukin 6（IL-6） in peripheral blood of the two groups, and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results The levels of IL-17, IL-23 and IL-6 in peripheral blood of treatment group [（210.14±33.47）,（244.11±39.88）,（24.54±7.66） ng/L] were significantly higher than those of control group [（162.34±35.11）,（111.26±36.35）,（10.90±6.81） ng/L], the differences were all statistically significant（all P〈0.05）. Conclusion The over-expression of Th17 related cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with mycosis fungoides indicates that it may be related to the genesis of mycosis fungoides.
