IL-11对登革热伴血小板减少作用的回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨IL-11对登革热患者血小板减少的作用,为该药的临床应用提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析,将登革热伴血小板减少者分为对照组及治疗组(IL-11 2 mg ih),考察2组5 d内的PLT水平及住院天数。结果与对照组相比,治疗组IL-11给药第5天可显著升高PLT水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且该疗效差异在男性患者中更明显。但2组在血小板减少持续时间以及住院天数方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-11可在一定程度上促进登革热伴血小板减少者血小板的生成,提高病程后期的PLT峰值。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of IL-11 on Dengue fever with thrombocytopenia,and provide data for clinical application. METHODS A retrospective analysis was employed. Patients of Dengue fever with thrombocytopenia were divided into control group and treatment group（ IL-11 2 mg ih）. The PLT levels for 5 d and hospitalization time of 2 groups were investigated.RESULTS Compared with control group,the PLT level of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher on the fifth day after IL-11 administration（ P0.05）. Moreover,the curative effects were more obvious in males. However,there were no statistically significant differences in the duration of thrombocytopenia and hospital stays between 2 groups（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION For thrombocytopenia accompanying Dengue fever,IL-11 may promote the generation of PLT to some extent,and improve the peak level in the late course of the disease.
