摘  要:考虑负荷的波动性,利用前推回代法进行配电网潮流计算,对配电网各负荷点供电电压偏差进行计算评估;利用隐马尔科夫方法对配电网供电可靠率进行计算。提出了提高供电可靠性和减少供电电压偏差的治理措施并进行技术性评估。基于全寿命周期成本分析法,对技术可行的改善措施进行了经济性比较,最终得出优化的改善方案。最后以某配电网为算例说明了所提出方法的具体实现过程,并验证了其有效性。With the consideration of load fluctuation,the power flow of distribution network is calculated by the back/forward sweep method,the voltage deviation of each load node is evaluated,and the power- supply reliability of distribution network is calculated by the hidden Markov method. The measures to improve the reliability and reduce the deviation are put forward and technically evaluated. The technically feasible measures are economically compared based on the LCC(Life-Cycle Cost) analysis to obtain the optimal improvement scheme. With a distribution network as an example,the specific implementation of the proposed method is described and its validity is verified.
