摘 要:目的探讨行动研究法在抑郁症患者健康教育中的实施效果。方法将70例患者随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例)。观察组实施以行动研究法为主要内容的健康教育12周(每周3次),对照组仍采用传统的医嘱加常规模式,予自制问卷调查表评定知晓健康教育相关知识、健康理念形成率,护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL2BREF)分别在教育前和出院时评定。结果观察组患者在12周末健康教育知识掌握情况、健康理念形成率高于对照组,12周末NOSIE、WHOQOL2 BREF 评分与对照组评分比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论行动研究法可减轻抑郁症患者的心理压力,提高生活质量,促使心理、社会功能的全面康复。Objective To explore health education application to depression patients by using action research. Methods 70 cases were randomly divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases) . Health education mainly including action research was done for the 12 weeks (3 times per week) in observation group, traditional doctor plus conventional model was still done in the control group. Self-assessment questionnaire was done to know knowledge of health education, health concept formation rates, nurses observation scale with patients ( NOSIE) , the World Health Organization quality of Life scale ( WHOQOL2BREF) in education, respectively, before and at discharge assessment. Results After 12 weeks, health education to grasp the situation, the health concept formation rate were higher in the observation group, there were significant differences in 12 weeks NOSIE, WHOQOL2BREF score between observation and control groups (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion Action research method could reduce the patient's depression, psychological stress, improve quality of life, promote the psychological, social function of a full recovery.
