摘　　要：本文介绍了妇科腹腔镜手术后腹胀的相关问题,以及相关并发症的预防和护理措施。作为一名护理人员,要严密观察患者的病情变化,适当的做出应对措施,减少术后并发症、促进患者早日顺利康复出院。this paper introduces the related questions of abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery, complications and related prevention and nursing measures. As a nursing staff to closely observe the patient’s condition change, the appropriate response measures to reduce postoperative complications and promote the patient recover smoothly discharged at an early date.
