冠心病心律失常患者动态心电图与常规心电图应用对比评价

摘　　要：目的分析并对比冠心病心律失常患者动态心电图与常规心电图的应用效果。方法随机选取2013年1月至2015年2月本院接诊的120例冠心病心律失常患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行动态心电图检查以及常规心电图检查。将常规心电图的检查结果作为对照组,将动态心电图的检查结果作为观察组。结果采用统计学软件对比两组冠心病心律失常阳性检出率,结果未见明显差异(P>0.05);采用统计学软件对比两组室性早搏二、三联律阳性检出率、室性早搏成对阳性检出率、房性早搏阳性检出率、房性早搏成对阳性检出率,结果显示差异显著,观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。但两组房室传导阻滞检出率的对比未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论采用动态心电图检测冠心病心律失常的临床效果较佳、灵敏度较高,而且其也可有效评估患者心律失常的严重程度,故值得在临床推广应用。Objective analyze and compare application effect of dynamic electrocardiogram of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia and conventional electrocardiogram. Method randomly choose 120 cases coronary heart disease and arrhythmia patients as research objects received in our hospital during January 2013 and February 2015, all of them took examination of dynamic and conventional electrocardiogram. Patients with conventional electrocardiogram examination are consisted of control group, and with dynamic electrocardiogram consisted of observation group. Result compare positive rate of two groups of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia by statistical software, result shows no obvious difference（P〉0.05）. Compare two groups by statistical software including positive rate of premature ventricualr contraction 2nd and 3rd combine rhyme, positive rate of premature ventricular contraction in pair, positive rate of atrial premature beats, positive rate of atrial premature beats in pair, and results show significant difference, and that of observation group is significantly better than control group（P 〈 0.05）. But rate of atrioventricular block of two groups shows no obvious difference（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Applying dynamic electrocardiogram to exmaine patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia shows better clinical effect, higher sensitivity, and it also help to effectively evaluate severity of arrhythmia, so it is worthy of being spreaded in clinical application.
