冠心舒通胶囊联合黛力新治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察冠心舒通胶囊联合黛力新治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛的疗效。方法选取60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规西药和黛力新治疗,治疗组在上述药物基础上给予冠心舒通胶囊治疗,疗程为4周。观察治疗前后两组患者的中医证候积分、心绞痛发作次数、速效救心丸停减率、心电图的变化。结果治疗后,中医证候疗效,治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为43.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心绞痛疗效,治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为63.33%,差异有统计学意义P<0.05);心电图疗效,治疗组总有效率为80%,对照组总有效率为56.67%(P<0.05)。结论冠心舒通胶囊联合黛力新治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛有较好的疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guanxin Shutong Capsules and Deanxit in treatment of PCI postoperative angina. Methods The 60 patients with PCI postoperative angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were accepted routine western medicine and Deanxit. The patients in treatment group were po administered with Guanxin Shutong Capsules, 3 grains/time, three times daily, treated for four weeks.Then to observe the improvement of TCM syndrome,angina recurrence rates,stopping and reducing rate of Suxiao Jiuxin pills and the difference of ECG. Results In terms of TCM syndromes, the treatment and control groups were 90% and 43.33%.The angina recurrence rates in the treatment and control groups were 90% and 63.33%. The effective rate of ECG, treatment group was 80%, while the control group was 56.7%.All the result were significantly different between two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Guanxin Shutong Capsules and Deanxit has the good clinical effect in and Deanxit.
