摘　　要：This paper is to study the characteristic functions of meromorphic functions for an angular domain.We show an inequality which is similar to the inequality in the second fundamental theorem of Nevranlinna,and estimate its remainder.Finally,as an application we obtain a sufficient and necessary condition of Borel directions.This paper is to study the characteristic functions of meromorphic functions for an angular domain.We show an inequality which is similar to the inequality in the second fundamental theorem of Nevranlinna,and estimate its remainder.Finally,as an application we obtain a sufficient and necessary condition of Borel directions.
