含磷高强IF钢中心偏析研究

摘　　要：通过热酸侵蚀、原位分析和化学分析,研究含磷高强IF钢铸坯中P、S和Mn元素的中心偏析情况。结果表明,铸坯宽度1/4处存在明显的中心偏析情况,伴随有中心疏松和缩孔等缺陷。铸坯宽度1/2处S元素的最大偏析度为1.08,偏析带较宽,Mn和P元素不存在明显中心偏析。The center segregations of P, Mn and S elements in P-contained high strength IF steel were studied by hot hydrochloric acid etching, original position statistic distribution analysis and chemical analysis. The results show that there is a serious center segregation and porosity in the 1/4 width of the slab. In the 1/2 width of the slab, the segregation degree of sulphur element is 1.08, and there is no obvious center segregation of the manganese and phosphorus.
