摘  要:针对河北某钢铁公司BOF—LF—CC生产的SPHC铸坯的质量问题进行了研究。结果表明,铸坯中T[O]含量为38.2×10^4%,显微夹杂数量为32.02个/mm2,大型夹杂含量为30.2mg/10kg,个别炉次大型夹杂物含量高达1242.4mg/10kg。300μm以上的夹杂物占总量的33.3%-96.3%,其中绝大多数以SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-CaO-TiO2-MnO复合夹杂物的形式存在。夹杂普遍存在K、Na元素,连铸过程中存在严重的结晶器卷渣现象。稳定生产工艺、减少非稳态浇注的影响是提高铸坯质量的关键。The quality problem of SPHC casting billet prepared by BOF-LF-CC process in a certain steel company from Hebei was investigated. The results show that the T [O] content of the casting billet is 38.2×10^4%, the micro inclusion amount is 32.02/mm2, large inclusion amount is 30.2 mg/10 kg, and the large inclusion amount in a certain furnace is as high as 1 242.4 mg/10 kg. The inclusion exceeding 300 μm is 33.3%-96.3% of the total, and the majority of inclusions are complex inclusions of SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-CaO-TiO2-MnO. The elements K and Na generally exist in inclusions, and the slag entrapment of crystallizer mould is serious in the continuous casting process. The stabling the producing process and reducing the effect of unsteady casting are the keys to improve the quality of casting billet.
