摘 要:铸造工艺会直接影响材料的力学性能和组织,基于计算机模拟的实验装置对不同铸造工艺条件下硅铝合金材料进行凝固组织分析。研究发现:保温温度越低,等轴晶区的转变位置就会越小,等轴晶区的晶体会增大,等轴晶区的晶体形核率会提高;不同的冷却条件会产生不同的冷却组织,在水冷和油冷条件下比在空气冷却的条件下产生组织的等轴晶区的晶体变大,等轴晶区的晶体形核率会有一定程度的提高,等轴晶区的转变位置也会增大,水冷条件比油冷条件更为明显。Casting process will directly affect the microstructure and mechanical properties of materials, the microstructure of Al-Si alloy in different casting experiment conditions based on computer control. The study found that the lower the thermal insulation water temperature is, the greater the area of the equiaxed zone is, and the equiaxed zone crystal will increase and the equiaxed zone crystal nucleation rate will decrease; different cooling conditions will produce different cooling tissue than in air, the cold conditions in water-cooling and oil cooling condition of the equiaxed zone crystal becomes larger, equiaxed zone crystal nucleation rate is improved to a certain degree, but the equiaxed zone area will be reduced, water conditions than oil cooling condition is more obvious.
