摘　　要：本文针对制动钳所需液量测试的特点及要求,介绍了一种运用齿轮流量计的制动钳所需液量试验台设计方案,包括了试验台结构的确定、齿轮流量计及加压装置的选型、试验台参数匹配等。通过与滴定管测量方法进行对比,新试验台在测量结果准确性和重复性方面有了显著提升,同时提高了检测效率。According to the characteristics and requirements of the brake caliper required fluid amount test, this paper puts forward a test-bed project using gear flow meter, including the determination of the structure, the selection of gear flow meter and pressure device etc. Comparing with the traditional measurement method using buret, the accuracy and repeatability has been significantly improved, the test-bed also improves the detection efficiency.
