超声评价吸烟者桡动脉内皮功能与左室舒张功能的关系

摘　　要：目的超声评价吸烟者桡动脉内皮功能与左室舒张功能及其二者的相关性。方法入选70例健康吸烟男性,根据吸烟程度分为低剂量A组35例,高剂量B组35例;同时选取40例未吸烟健康男性志愿者为对照组。超声检测3组入选者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(EDD)。应用定量组织速度成像(QTVI)技术检测二尖瓣环的舒张早期峰值速度(Ve)、舒张晚期峰值速度(Va),并计算两者的比值(Ve/Va)。结果与对照组相比,EDD在A组、B组均明显减小,B组较A组减小。A、B组Va明显增大,Ve和Ve/Va明显减低。B组与A组相比,Ve、Ve/Va也减低。相关分析表明EDD与Ve呈正相关,与Ve/Va也呈正相关。结论吸烟可导致血管内皮功能障碍及左室舒张功能减退。且二者密切相关。Objective We assessed the relationship between radial artery endothelial function and left ventricular diastolic function in the smoker by ultrasonography.Methods Seventy male smokers were assigned into two groups based on smoking intake and smoking time,including group A（n=35）and group B（n=35）.fourty healthy male volunteers without smoking were served as control group（n=40）.The endothelium-dependent dilation function（EDD）of the brachial artery was measured by high-frequency ultrasonography.Ve and Va were detected by quantitative tissue velocity imaging（QVTI）.Results Compared with the control group,EDD,Ve,and Ve/Va significantly reduced,Va increased in groups A and B.EDD,Ve,and Ve/Va obviously reduced in group B as compared in group A.Correlation analysis showed that the EDD was positively correlated with Ve and Ve/Va.Conclusion Smoking might result in endothelial function disordering and left ventricular diastolic disfunction.The disorders of the radial artery endothelial function might related closely with left ventricular diastolic disfunction in the smokers.
