生化检测指标对糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值及临床意义探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨早期运用生化检测指标诊断糖尿病肾病的临床价值及意义。方法选取近两年到我院治疗的糖尿病肾病患者(观察组)和健康体检者(对照组)各40例,晨起空腹下采集血样和尿样进行生化指标检测,并分析两组对象的检测结果。结果相比对照组,观察组的Cys-C、尿UALB/Cr、m Alb及α1-MG等指标值均更高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早期糖尿病肾病患者实施生化指标检测,对疾病的早期诊断与鉴别具有重要价值及意义,适合加强推广。Objective：To explore the clinical value and significance of the early use of biochemical indexes in diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods：Selected nearly two years to our hospital treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy （obser-vation group） and healthy subjects （control group） with 40 cases in each, the morning of the detection of the biochemical index of blood and urine collected fasting, and analysis of test results of two groups of objects.Results：Compared with control group, the observation group Cys-C, urine UALB/Cr, mAlb and alpha a1-MG index values were higher, there were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For the patients with early diabetic nephropathy implementation of detection of the biochemical index, has important value and significance for the early diagnosis and differential disease, for strengthening the promotion.
